Help A Child to See (HACTS), is a project initiated by late Past President Mariappan in the year of 2012. It aimed to improve the vision and overall quality for primary school students. Our current Chairman, PAG SK Subra leading the project currently as the project focuses on providing free eye screening and free spectacles to the needy student. As of today, Rotary Club of Klang has visited 80 schools, completed screening for more than 8,000 students and given away 5,600 spectacles to the needy student with low vision.
