" Providing affordable dialysis treatment for end-stage kidney failure patients in and around Klang since 1996 "
We are currently charging RM 150 per dialysis treatment using single use dialyzers which provides optimum health to our patients as recommended by leading nephrologists. The center absorbs the cost of pathology tests for all patients which amounts to about RM 25,000 per year or approximately RM 300 per patient per year. Another RM 16,000 is subsidised per year on Erythropoietin for those patients with low hemoglobin levels and who cannot afford to pay for the injections. The Centre also absorbs the nephrologists' fees of RM 42,000 per year. The Rotary Club of Klang also raises funds from time to time through fund raising activities to support the center.
The Center further assists the poor and needy patients to apply for government subsidy of RM100 per treatment which greatly eases their financial burden. Furthermore, financial support is continuously sought from other charitable organisations such as MITRA, Tzu-Chi Buddhist Association & Great Heart Charity to support those who are not eligible for financial aid from the government.
"We care about the wellbeing of our patients and strive to provide optimum dialysis services"
